OLIO DI PEPERONCINO 

This recipe would create a nice hot chilli oil with olive oil that you can use for salad dressings, spreading on toast or to oil dry foods.
Crush dried chillies and combine the chilli and garlic in a bottle. Add your oil and shake the bottle. Leave it sitting in a sunny area.

TIPS: The more chilli you add, the hotter the oil would be. You can crush your garlic a few days earlier and leave it to dry out before using it. This would ensure you don’t have too much juice in your oil. You can also add different types of chillis and spices.
