I cooked this ramen using every vegetable I could lay my hands on in my kitchen. I chopped the vegetables and stir fried in olive oil. I then added a tin of coconut milk with the meal, added little peanut butter, salt and every other herb in my cupboard. The result was something similar to anything you would eat at a nice Thai restaurant. Cooking at home means you will save yourself the taxi or petrol fair.
