This is my first attempt at making a white sauce to serve fish. Serving with white sauce  also called  makes home dinning seem so . You only need very basic ingredients to put together your sophisticated béchamel sauce which is another name for white sauce.
 fish white sauce recipe

50g milk
40g butter
25g flour
pinch of salt
black pepper
powdered spice of choice

To make
1. pour your milk into a saucepan and add the flour, butter, spice, salt and black pepper
2. mix everything  and bring it to cook on at a low heat
3. allow it to simmering whilst using a whisk to gently stir until it thickens and becomes smooth and glossy
